We are currently hiring both full and part time salespersons and are offering a 60% commission split to start with no experience needed. Based on experience and performance, your commission split has the potential to reach 75%.

What we are looking for:
- Must either have a NYS real estate license or be enrolled in classes to obtain one
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
- Independent, self-starter
- Computer savvy - Efficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate social media
- Must have a smartphone
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude
Whereas there is no experience needed, a prior sales background is viewed as an asset.
